Additional
support cases:
Server
side issues: $100.- case (yes, we are forced to look into server matters because
of poor hosting company support & awareness of latest events in server side
software installations/tweaking especially under heavy traffic loads)
Script
issues: this software is being constantly improved - many new features added
that are requested by current users. Some of these additional features under
some circumstances might have minor bugs due inability to fully test them (its
really hard to fully test feature if you never actually use it on your own
site). Such cases are handled with highest possible priorities and usually
solution or bugfix is applied during 7 working days at maximum.
We must
state once again - this may affect only additional NEW features and wont affect
your scripts operation by any means.

Usually
all orders are handled by me (Andy) and I will be your support guy as well so be
sure to contact me for your copy or any questions you might have prior
installation and ordering. If you are using ICQ please ask for authorization as
my ICQ security settings prevent all incoming messages from people that are not
in my contact list.
Please
include type of your current traffic trading script, domain and FTP info with
your order as well as preferred payment option.
Installation itself takes about 30 minutes after your copy is built.
We
